| What is the requirements of the photo?
In order to submit your pictures online, a .jpg format file is required.
Use the chart below as a guideline to determine the size of photo required for a quality puzzle print.

You can determine the size of your photo by right clicking on the icon of your photo file and then selecting 'properties'. This will show you the type and resolution of the photo.
A 300 dpi or better resolution is strongly recommended for a high quality jigsaw puzzle image. A resolution lower than acceptable may cause the final jigsaw puzzle be pixilated and less crisp.
Do you crop my photos?
In order to size the photo to fit into the puzzle, we may do some minor cropping.
Can I add text to the photo?
You can always add text to your photo using any image processing software package (e.g. Windows Paint, Adobe PhotoShop, etc.). You should use the help features of the image processing software package to learn how to position your text, change the font and color. You may have to do a few tries to figure out how to get it to the desired result.
